How it works
Nothing to install. BriefMe links to your existing WhatsApp account using WhatsApp's own linked-devices feature — the same one that powers WhatsApp Web.
On a computer, scan a QR code. On your phone, enter a short linking code instead — no second device needed. Takes about a minute.
Pick up to three groups to watch and sort them by school, activities or neighbourhood. Add your family's names to get flagged when they come up.
Every morning at the time you choose, one message lands in your own WhatsApp chat — translated, summarised, with actions and dates pulled out.

No — only the groups you explicitly add. Personal chats are never read. Messages from your watched groups are stored encrypted while your digest is being prepared and deleted within 48 hours.
Never. BriefMe only reads your watched groups. The single message it sends each day goes to your own chat with yourself — the Message yourself chat in WhatsApp. Other group members can't see anything.
Your groups can be in any language — Spanish, Catalan, French, German, and so on. You choose the language your digest is written in, and you can change it any time in settings.

Add it in settings — it takes a few seconds and nothing needs restarting. Enter the group name exactly as it appears in WhatsApp so we can find it.
Message content is encrypted before it's stored and deleted within 48 hours. Summaries are generated by Claude (Anthropic) under terms that prohibit training on your data. You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time.
Yes. Cancel from your settings in a couple of clicks — no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Your digests stop at the end of the period you've paid for.
